Regional Group are currently seeking experienced Concrete Batchers to join our team at our Mobile Project site at Boulder Creek Wind Farm, Rockhampton QLD, commencing early December 2025. The primary focus of the Concrete Batcher – Mobile Projects will be to ensure the production requirements meet both manufacturing costs and customer expectations.With a focus on safety, you will operate and maintain the concrete batching plants to produce concrete to approved mix designs and project specifications. Responsibilities include:Commitment to RGA Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behavioursEnsure pre-starts are completed daily by all personnel and maintenance records are updatedOperate plant and equipment in a cost-effective manner to deliver high utilizationSupport with maintenance to minimize breakdowns within own competencyStock control and ordering of all batch plant materialsSupport the Project Manager with scheduling maintenance for all P&E and trucksDriving agitator Trucks when required within own competencyDriving Front End Loader when requiredAccurate batching of orders to meet the requirements of specified mix designsEnsure waste is disposed of safely and correctly and records are keptMaintain good housekeeping around the batch plantsAttend to customer requests and enquiriesTaking orders and selling products and services.
